Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar technical degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience managing operations.
  • Experience working at companies specializing in data labeling and human-in-the-loop services.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a related field or CSCMP certification.
  • 7 years of experience using data analysis to drive decision-making.
  • 7 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply structured thinking and logic to work and provide solutions to issues.

About the jobAs a Scaled Operations Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary AI/ML programs within AI Data operations, strengthening cross-Google accountability and execution. In this role, you will plan requirements with internal customers, manage projects through entire life-cycle, and co-ordinate stakeholders across offices, time zones, and hemispheres while managing schedules, operations, and risks to ensure alignment on progress and deadlines.Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$194,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive program outcomes for a portfolio of programs, focusing on efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Design, launch, standardize, and continuously optimize end-to-end operational processes for various workflows.
  • Develop and implement frameworks for tracking and reporting on the delivery and quality of work, ensuring goals are met.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for volume management and deliverable tracking, co-ordinating across multiple Product Areas.
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects by proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks and risks.
