What You Will Be Doing

• Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional standards
• Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning experiences, and addressing challenges effectively
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and achievement
• Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching and motivational techniques
  
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides enable student learning through adaptive applications; your emphasis is on developing them into outstanding facilitators
• Compromising standards – when our passing grade is 100%, your role is to uphold that benchmark
• Conducting uninspiring training sessions – you will coach Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential development

Basic Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
• Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Direct experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
