Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting senior project managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within our organization. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. This is a full-time office-based or remote salaried exempt position.

- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, equipment, and information needed for projects.
- Monitor project progress and track milestones.
- Prepare reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to project scope and objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Support senior project managers in day-to-day project management tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software tools is a plus.
- Prior internship or work experience in project management is preferred but not required.
