International Operations Specialist at Bank of Hope

• Process trade transactions including Commercial & Standby L/C, Documentary Collections, and related wire/posting entries and SWIFT messages.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and perform duties according to International Operations Policy & Procedure, and the trade rules (ICC Publications).
• Handle operational issues or customer complaints professionally by seeking solutions and by providing exceptional customer service and report them to supervisor or team lead promptly and accordingly.
• Participate and complete assigned internal and interdepartmental projects.
• Perform system and application testing for UAT completion on projects.
• Keep workstation neat, clean, and well organized.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships and collaborate flexibly and effectively with coworkers to seek maximum performance output.
• Attend seminars, workshops, webinars, trainings to improve knowledge in the relative field.
• Comply with bank policies, core values, and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to bank's financial crimes compliance policies and programs including but not limited to Anti-Boycott, OFAC, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing.

The salary range for this full-time position is $21.00 Hourly - $23.00 Hourly + bonus + benefits
