Job Summary
The Sr Wahrehouse ADC Clerk is responsible for directing the daily activities for a specified area (team/group) warehouse operations, including labor scheduling, supervision, and the proper proceeding of warehouse procedures. Key responsability is to ensure support is porvided to the Supervisor through completing warehouse work procedures.
Essential Duties And Responsabilities
- Ensure the necessary handling procedures (both physical and written) are followed accordingly, when applicable, documented in client-level Quality Agreements, Service Level Agreements, and SOPs
- Verigy and recieve materials into inventory. Marks and invetories packages for storage or transit. May also include palletizing and shrink-wrap.
- Accurate and timely filing of company and facility documents as required
- Operate Material Handling Equiptment safty to pull, pick, put away and load/unload product
- Ensure associates are executing tasks safetly
- Work collaboratively with Supervisor to develop positive working relationships and run operations
- Assess workflow and plan and schedule shift based on workload
- Report shortages and follow up to locate items or incomplete orders
- Take physical inventories as directed
- Assume the responsabilites of a supervisor, when necessary
- Instances of service standards not being met are addresssed appropriately and immediately
- KPI's set and staff fully informed of requirements to meet KPIs
- Elevate potential situations to the next level of supervision when required.
- Identify and correct mistakes/inconsistancies when receiving/completing paperwork
- Performs other duties as required
Education and experience
- High school diploma or genera education degree (GED) required
- At least 3 years of experience in a high volume operation

- Frequently required to push or pull object weighing from 20 lbs. - 60 lbs. up and down staris, trohugh doorways and threshold, using dollies or carts, or on flat or angled surfaces which may inlude outdoor surfaces, carteping or smooth floors. Distances pushed or pulled could range from 1-25 ft on average.
- Frequently required to grip object with hands, up to 15 lbs. of force.
- Frequently required to frip object with fingers, up to 10 lbs. of force
- Frequently required to climb 100 stars on average ranging from 3"-10" in heigh
- Frequently stepping in and out of company vehicles ranging up to 20" in height

- The noise level in the work environment is varies based on the locations or activities proximate to which can range from low to high
- There is moderate exposure to dust, fume, mists, and odors

- During off site travel events the emploee may be required to ride in company vehicles and accompany employees on deliveries and enter patient homes.
