Summary: Data Analysts collect, process, and interpret large datasets to help organizations make data-driven decisions. They create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate datasets from multiple sources.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams to define metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct statistical analysis and modeling.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Document methodologies and data workflows.
• Recommend actionable insights based on analysis.
• Maintain and update data visualization tools.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and business decisions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Preferred Skills/Duties:

• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark).
• Ability to interpret business requirements into data models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
