As part of the Employee Engagement and Certified Learning Program team, this role partners with HR, leaders, and cross-functional teams to strengthen the “great place to work for all” culture. The role involves use of data and employee feedback to drive programs that impact engagement, belonging, and overall employee satisfaction.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Physical demands are mostly consistent with a professional office setting. Regular sitting at workstation for 25 – 75% of the work shift. Nominal travel (<25%) may be required.

As part of the Employee Engagement and Certified Learning Program team, this role partners with HR, leaders, and cross-functional teams to strengthen the “great place to work for all” culture. The role involves use of data and employee feedback to drive programs that impact engagement, belonging, and overall employee satisfaction.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Design and execute employee experience strategies and support communications - including digital content for Smart Connect, presentations, and toolkits - to reinforce the DHL eCommerce culture and support initiatives across our offices, distribution centers and remote population.
- Lead the U.S. Employee Opinion Survey (EOS), overseeing survey setup, reporting, workshops, communications, and participation campaigns to increase understanding, engagement, and meaningful follow-up action.
- Administer the Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey and certification process, including application management, communications, and post-survey follow-up activities.
- Analyze employee feedback systems data results to identify trends and develop action plans that strengthen engagement, belonging, and overall workplace climate.
- Lead the full execution of the Certified Learning Program – DHL’s global initiative to drive culture and engagement – by planning and delivering the annual training calendar of virtual and in-person modules, managing the Supervisory Academy cohorts’, vendors and program logistics - ensuring consistent and high-quality learning experiences.
- Oversee Certified program participant enrollment, tracking, and progression across Foundation, Leadership, and Functional curricula by coordinating communications, managing the CEM Portal, and maintaining accurate records in Masters Control and myTalentWorld; prepare and deliver reports on program participation, performance, and certification outcomes.
- Manage budgeting, reporting, and annual forecasting for the Certified Program to ensure effective resource planning and global reporting.
- Manage the facilitator team, including scheduling, travel coordination, and logistical support for training delivery and Supervisory Academy launches.
- Remotely oversee daily operations of the Atlanta Learning Center, including training materials production, participants transportation, catering coordination, and facility-related activities in partnership with local Operations and other functions.
- Partner with Talent Management & Development and Employee Engagement teams to strengthen the Certified culture through targeted trainings, development initiatives, and engagement campaigns (e.g., Belonging, well-being, social responsibility, recognition, Attributes).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; ability to create high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong design and digital content skills, with the ability to develop engaging communications across multiple platforms.
- Demonstrated project and program management experience, including the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Experience managing or coordinating teams is strongly desired.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, solutions-oriented, “can-do” mindset.
- Experience supporting engagement, learning, or culture-related programs preferred.
- Passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging employee experience.
- Bachelor’s degree HR, Business, Psychology, or related field required.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, or Organizational Development.
- 2-3 years of leadership experience.
- Experience with survey tools and data interpretation.
