Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, issues, and feedback to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving their concerns effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our support system.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance customer service.
- Assist in training new team members on customer support protocols and software tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and de-escalate conflicts with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of customer support software and CRM systems.
