Reporting to the EVP of Finance the Regional Director of Finance will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the financial operations of Stripe-A-Zone across the Texas metro region.
This position requires a strategic, hands-on finance leader who can balance operational execution with high-level financial oversight. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting and finance expertise, deep business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functional and regional teams. Experience in construction, infrastructure, or other project-based industries is highly desirable, as is experience in a private equity-backed environment.

- This position will be based on-site in Grand Prairie, Texas. We are not offering relocation assistance at this time and prefer candidates who already are within the Grand Prairie, TX metro area. This is NOT a hybrid or remote position.
Reporting to the EVP of Finance the Regional Director of Finance will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the financial operations of Stripe-A-Zone across the Texas metro region.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Operations
- Lead and drive the month-end close process for all entities within the region, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Oversee treasury management, including cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and bank relationship oversight.
- Manage and validate system integrations and data accuracy across ERP and reporting tools, ensuring reliable financial information for decision-making.
- Serve as the key financial partner to regional business leaders, providing actionable financial analysis and decision support.
- Work closely with finance teams across the region to ensure alignment on processes, reporting, and key performance metrics.
- Support initiatives to standardize and improve financial systems, controls, and processes across the organization.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the regional financial analyst to ensure accuracy, depth, and business relevance of reporting and analysis.
- Review and validate analytical findings to ensure they are actionable, consistent, and aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and FP&A teams to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Oversee accounts receivable and collections performance across all entities in the region, ensuring disciplined management of working capital.
- Partner with operations and customer teams to resolve billing or payment challenges promptly, driving improved cash conversion cycles.
- Support the regional budgeting and forecasting processes, including financial modeling, variance analysis, and ROI evaluations for projects and initiatives.
- Support strategic planning and investment decisions with clear financial rationale and risk/return insights.
- Contribute to due diligence and financial integration efforts in support of mergers and acquisitions, as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive financial management experience, including leadership of regional or multi-entity operations.
- Proven expertise in month-end close, treasury management, and working capital optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (experience validating system data integrity preferred).
- Experience in a construction or project-based industry highly preferred.
- Experience in a private equity-backed or fast-paced, multi-site organization a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to partner across all levels of the business.
