General Laborer at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company

Baldwin & Shell Construction Company is searching for a skilled General Laborer who will thrive in our Central Arkansas Team!

This is a full-time position with standard work hours of Monday – Friday, 7am-3:30pm, but hours can vary depending on the project time frame. You will report directly to the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.

Every day you are relied on to:

• Clean & prepare construction sites as needed or when directed.
• Load & unload materials or equipment on-site.
• Use power tools and machinery when needed.
• Assist other team members (Carpenters, Foreman) on-site.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe & clean environment.
  
  

To thrive you must:

• Have 1-3 years of construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Be available to work overtime and possibly weekends.
• Be able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
• The ability to work well with others is an essential function of this position.
• Be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Pursuant to the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Act 593, this position is a designated safety-sensitive position according to Baldwin & Shell standards and processes.
