This Recreation Director opportunity is a FT opportunity for 1st Shift+ 1 Weekend/ Month!
What You Need to Succeed:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Certification completion
Credentials: ADC, CDP, or CTRS certification A MUST!
Experience: Minimum 2 years in long-term care as a supervisor
Skills: Strong communication, care plan development, knowledge of QA programs & state survey processes
