Position Overview

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care by following the individualized Plan of Care, ensuring patient safety, well-being, and satisfaction.

Experience with WellSky/Kinnser and Home Health is a plus.

RN must live in Broward County or surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN
• Deliver safe and effective care based on individualized Plans of Care
• Promptly communicate changes in patient condition or emergencies to the care team
• Provide nursing services within scope of practice, including:
• Medication administration
• Wound care
• Infusion therapy
• Catheter care
• Transferring and positioning patients
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
• Anticipate issues and appropriately escalate or resolve concerns
• Prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency
  

Required Experience & Education

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2 years of Home Health experience
• OASIS experience required
• EMR experience required (WellSky preferred)
• Strong wound care and infusion skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
• Ability to document accurately and timely in an electronic health record
