Activa Home Health, a licensed Medicare-certified home health agency, is seeking experienced Field RNs for hourly shifts throughout Palm Beach County.
MUST HAVE at least 6 months of Medicare Home Health experience.

Requirements
- Active Florida RN license
- Minimum 6 months of Medicare Home Health experience (required)
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background screening and drug test
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
