What You Will Be Doing

• Leading the training and development of a Guide team to execute the Alpha learning system at the highest level of excellence
• Developing comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and challenge resolution
• Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
• Personally coaching a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching techniques and motivational approaches
  
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you focus on training them to become exceptional facilitators
• Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that benchmark
• Conducting uninspiring training – you will coach Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential development sessions
  
  

Performance Coach Key Responsibilities

Lead the training and development of a Guide team to execute the Alpha system at world-class levels of excellence.

Basic Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
• Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Background working with youth populations (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Able to work on-site in Atlanta, GA; Las Vegas, NV; Nashville, TN; Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
