As an Account Specialist, you’ll be the ultimate ambassador for our customers—ensuring every interaction is seamless, positive, and impactful. You’ll play a key role in managing the customer journey while balancing organizational needs.

What You’ll Do

• Process quotes, design projects, sample requests, and purchase orders with precision.
• Keep customer profiles updated and review quality clauses.
• Enter new accounts and manage pricing/availability in our ERP system.
• Run reports to ensure commitments are met on time.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to resolve product or service issues.
• Proactively engage customers through calls and promote our e-commerce platform.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• 1+ year of experience in account management or customer service with accurate data entry.
