The City of Sterling Heights Parks & Recreation Department is seeking applicants for part-time Field Monitors!

Love sports and the great outdoors? Join the City of Sterling Heights Parks & Recreation team as a Field Monitor for a fun and active job this season!

What You’ll Do

• Assist with youth and adult baseball and softball leagues as well as field rental setups.
• Perform light manual tasks such as setting up bases, scoreboards, and monitoring fields.
• Keep fields clean and organized during events and pack up equipment afterward.
  
  

No previous field maintenance experience? No problem! A background in baseball or softball is encouraged, but we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
