Fort Worth Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team in Fort Worth, Texas. At Fort Worth Physical Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to work with patients experiencing a wide range of pelvic health conditions while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary outpatient team. This role emphasizes individualized, evidence-based treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary and bowel disorders, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, core weakness, and functional movement impairments. Supported by the resources of H2 Health, you'll have opportunities to continue developing your pelvic health expertise while helping patients regain confidence, improve function, and enhance their quality of life.
Your Role
- Perform comprehensive pelvic health and musculoskeletal evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions for pelvic floor dysfunction and related orthopedic conditions.
- Treat patients experiencing pelvic pain, urinary and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum conditions, core weakness, and functional mobility impairments.
- Collaborate with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on pelvic health, wellness, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
- Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
- Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
