Job Summary

Drive new business and OEM customer growth for a contract manufacturing company specializing in sheet metal fabrication and welding. This is a hands-on sales role focused on finding and closing new OEM accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and win new OEM customers
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Develop relationships with engineering, sourcing, and operations leaders
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract
• Develop pricing and proposals aligned with company margins
• Grow new accounts into multiple programs or locations
• Work with engineering and operations to ensure successful production

Ideal Candidate

• 7–15+ years of contract manufacturing sales experience
• Direct sheet metal fabrication and welding sales experience required
• Machining experience is a strong plus
• Proven success winning and growing OEM accounts
• Strong outbound prospecting and business development skills
• Good understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and manufacturing operations

Important: Candidates must have direct contract manufacturing sales experience.
