Customer Service Representative at ScholarTrip

ScholarTrip is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Orlando, Florida to assist travelers with questions, bookings, and service requests. This is a remote position for Orlando-area candidates. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. Pay: $23–$28/hour. No previous experience is required. Training is provided.

Duties

• Respond to customers by phone and email.

• Assist with travel-related questions.

• Support booking and itinerary requests.

• Provide clear and accurate information.

• Update customer records and notes.

• Escalate complex requests when needed.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the Orlando, FL area.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong communication skills.

• Basic computer and typing skills.

• Ability to work independently from home.
