Our client is a healthcare company that is looking to build a highly capable Technical Site Support team so support their clinic locations across Phoenix. This person will be responsible for ensuring optimal use of hardware and software techs, enhancing system performance, and securing data. This person will need experience providing corporate IT support and increase productivity by staying up to date with IT system efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• 2-5 years as an IT support specialist
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software (entry level knowledge of network is a plus)
• Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users
• Exceptional documentation processes, as well as interpersonal and communication skills

Day to Day Operations:

• Verifying internet connection to outside world through Cisco routers, switches, and Wireless access points
• Verify Wi-Fi coverage throughout building
• Fail over testing
• Working along side engineers to troubleshoot problems
• Verify physical cabling, switch, routers all match design
• Inventory: Scanning asset tags, add building and room locations. Verify correct count of monitors, keyboards, etc.
• Test that everything powers on and connected to a data port
• Printing support, installation experience, and enduser-troubleshooting support
