Vaco has partnered with our client to hire a Corporate Collections Specialist to join their team. Candidates must have collections experience or a strong back in customer service with an interest in moving toward finance.
Where: Quincy, MA
Pay: $21- $24/hour based on experience
When: Immediate need
Monday – Friday, 8:00-5:00
Responsibilities
• Contacts business customers concerning past due balances following established policy and procedures
• Accepts inbound calls from Collection call queue to assist customer with phone payments and billing inquiries
• Contacts assigned customer accounts concerning past due balances beginning at 31 days
• Works closely with Premiers and Sales to address customer disputes and assist with finding resolution
• Provides weekly statuses to manager on accounts that are flagged as high risk or have significant disputes
