Job description: Performance Reporting Financial Analyst Consultant
As a Financial Analyst Consultant specializing in Performance Reporting, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and insightful performance reports to our Investor Relations team. Your strong background in financial reporting and analysis will be instrumental in helping our Investor Relations team communicate our financial performance effectively to investors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial data and reports, including preparing calculations such as investment returns, financial ratios, and other key performance indicators.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards in performance reporting.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in performance reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting or analysis for a large organization.
• Strong Accounting background to include financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet).
• Strong knowledge of financial performance metrics and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service oriented, deadline driven with flexibility to meet the needs of the business.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with investor reporting calculations and fund accounting.
• Understanding of real estate fund accounting or property accounting (a plus).
• Knowledge of investment performance measurement standards (e.g., GIPS).
• CPA, CFA, or CIPM certification (preferred but not required).
