Parking Valet Manager

PAY: $64,480.00

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Responsible for maintaining positive customer relations.

Will assist in managing the monthly event calendar with the onsite General Manager.

Interacts with various organizational support elements including administrative, human resources, financial, quality control and safety departments.

Will supervise a staff 6-8.

Responsible for making daily deposits.

Audit tickets/reconcile transient revenue from pay stations.

Monthly reporting.

Prepare monthly financial reports.

Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

A minimum of one to three years’ experience in parking and/or valet management is preferred.

Resort or hotel parking experience is preferred.

Proven knowledge of MS Office including word, outlook, excel and powerpoint.

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Must be able to work special events on weekends, and evenings.
