Competitive Full-Time Starting Pay: $21.45/hr with progressive wage increases every 90 days (increments of $0.50 at 90, 180, 360, 540, and 720 days, and $1/hr at 900 days) to recognize your dedication!

Shift Hours:

• S2: Monday - Friday 2PM - 10PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce industry-specific and OSHA guidelines.
• Conduct compliance, safety, and food safety audits and reviews.
• Monitor and report employee health and safety issues.
• Coordinate emergency response and evacuation plans.
• Advocate for employee welfare and worker's compensation.
• Create detailed audit reports guiding improvements.

• 1 year of experience or coursework in safety, compliance, or security-related fields (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice)
  • OR 6 months of experience as a Walmart associate
• Proficiency in:
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • SharePoint
  • OneDrive
