About The Role
Are you ready to lead the charge as our Procurement Director? In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our procurement strategy. You'll develop and implement strategies that align with our objectives, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness every step of the way. Building strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and identifying opportunities for improvement will be at the heart of what you do.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Management: Craft and execute procurement strategies that meet our evolving needs. Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Order Management: Keep our procurement activities running smoothly. Manage inventory, reconcile purchase orders, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations.
Cost Management: Take the lead on cost reduction initiatives. Set cost targets, analyze product costs, and drive efficiency across the board.
Qualifications
Education: A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and procurement/supply chain management.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in procurement software/tools.
