PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION We believe that by using data more intelligently, we can engage our consumers in a more timely, relevant, and consistent way. Through the CDP (Consumer Data Platform) and other audience building tools, the Performance Marketing Audience Assistant Manager will help us centralize audience data for streamlined extraction & deployment to multiple marketing channels. The Assistant Manager Marketing Audience will also be responsible for supporting and evolving our general audience discipline across Performance Marketing channels. They will work closely with the eCom Marketing and Analytics teams to identify key audiences, engagement strategies, measurements, and insights that will deliver acquisition/retention growth through our digital marketing channels. The key contribution of the role is to create a better connection and engagement between the brand and consumers using data as the creative inspiration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, create, and maintain custom segments to be used by Performance Marketing teams across multiple platforms and audience builders, including CDP, Meta, Pinterest, Google.
  • Maintain consistent taxonomy and classification behaviors.
  • Leverage channel data and industry developments to identify opportunities to test and improve audience performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Analytics and Data Science teams to uncover new segments and explore audience level opportunities.
  • Partner with external agency and partner platform teams to evolve and execute the overarching audience strategy for Performance Marketing channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with CRM, Performance Marketing channel owners, and site personalization teams to identify and support cross channel tests and optimization.
  • Work with the Global Traffic Generation pillar and the European channel teams to share best practices and apply learnings from other markets.
  • Analyze current processes and seek opportunities to automate and improve audience efficiencies.
  • KPIs: marketing incremental revenue and ROI, traffic, lead generation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Foundational understanding of advertising platforms and audience building tools, including Meta, Pinterest, and Google.
  • Fluency in data, with the ability to convert performance reporting into tangible insights, actions, and optimizations.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent cross functional relationship building skills with an ability to create rapport.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively partner with 3rd party external agencies & partners.
  • Understanding of current digital marketing trends and landscape as well as an openness to embracing new technologies
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication/presentation skills, confidence speaking in large groups and putting forth one’s perspective and recommendations.
  • Advanced computer skills with proven experience in Excel.
  • Strong English language (written and verbal) communication skills.

MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 1-3 years eCommerce and digital marketing experience (agency or client side)
  • Strong analytical skills are the priority
