Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain client information, invoices, financial statements, and other data into our electronic database.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries and maintain organized hard copy records.
Develop and uphold data entry standards to enhance data integrity and quality.
Collaborate with administrative colleagues to resolve data discrepancies and ensure seamless information flow.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer service or healthcare environments.
Proficient in computer applications with a strong understanding of data entry principles.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Adaptable and responsive to evolving priorities and challenges.
Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.
