PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Project Development Specialist to support a leading residential construction company in delivering high-end, luxury homes. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure that all aspects of the home building process are aligned with the client's vision, including layout, aesthetics, and custom finishes. The ideal candidate will have a background in design, construction, or architecture and a passion for high-end residential projects. Must be flexible to work occassionally outside of standard business hours.

Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, lifestyle, and vision for their custom home. Translate these insights into detailed plans and specifications.

Participate in the creation of conceptual designs, ensuring that every element reflects the client???s style and the company???s commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Assist clients in selecting high-end materials, finishes, and fixtures to ensure that each home is personalized to their unique taste and exceeds their expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure that design plans are accurately executed. Coordinate the flow of information between all parties involved in the homebuilding process.

Work with the project management team to ensure that client design choices align with the project budget. Provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or aesthetics.

Maintain thorough documentation of client design preferences, project specifications, and materials selections to ensure a seamless build process.

Stay up to date with industry trends in residential construction, architecture, and interior design, particularly within the luxury market, to provide clients with the latest options and insights.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Familiarity with homebuilding software and project management tools.

Experience working with luxury home clients.

Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a design, architecture, or project coordination role within the residential construction industry, with a focus on high-end or luxury projects.

Strong understanding of architectural styles, interior design principles, and luxury finishes. Ability to translate client desires into aesthetically pleasing and functional home designs.

Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and construction teams. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring that every element of the project meets the highest quality standards.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, client expectations, and budgets.
