Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify patient needs to develop detailed care plans.
Adjust care plans to meet the desired health outcomes and respond dynamically to patient conditions.
Educate patients, families, and the community, empowering them with knowledge for better health decisions.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes.
Utilize the latest healthcare technology and participate in the continuous improvement of patient care processes.
Qualifications
Graduated from an Accredited Nursing Program.
Active and valid RN license.
BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Strong understanding of medical-surgical nursing principles, healthcare regulations, and patient care protocols.
Proficiency in electronic medical records, preferably with Epic systems.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $32 - $53, based on experience.
