Spherion is hiring a Service Scheduler/ Coordinator for a local company in Wichita Falls, TX! Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and pay is $17 - $21/hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating maintenance service calls, and organizing equipment installation.
- Organize, distribute, and verify the work of the service technicians
- Schedule service calls and installation appointments
- Order parts and Inventory control
- Serve as point of contact between client and service technicians
