How You’ll Contribute

The Vice President of Finance will help us reach our strategic growth goals by playing a key role in driving innovation and change across Finance, Administration, Human Resources and Information Technology. This leadership position is designed to enhance operational efficiency, support strategic initiatives and enable the President to focus on team member engagement, client relationships, idea generation and real estate development.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategy

    • Develop and implement strategic plans for Finance, Administration, Human Resources and Information Technology.
    • Drive innovation and change within these areas to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with the President and other executive team members to support overall company strategy and goals.


  • Finance
    • Accountable for financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability goals.
Information Technology

    • Manage the IT department to ensure the delivery of reliable and secure technology solutions.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies and initiatives.
    • Ensure the alignment of IT with business objectives and the support of operational needs.
Human Resources

    • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Administration

    • Manage administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective support for all departments.
    • Oversee office management, facilities and other administrative services.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance administrative processes.


  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, overseeing multiple administrative functions.
    • Proven track record of driving change and innovation in HR, IT, Finance, and Administration.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
