We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. In this role, your main responsibility will be to manage and prepare all invoices on behalf of the company, review and reconcile invoice discrepancies, and ensure that all transactions comply with company policies and procedures.

- Confirm the details of invoices received from vendors and service providers for goods and services rendered to the company.
- Process and prepare payments for vendor invoices.
- Record and maintain all payment records.
- Undertake invoice audits to ensure accuracy.
- Review and resolve any discrepancies in invoicing.
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and vendor files.
- Produce monthly reports and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate and resolve any issues with vendors regarding billing and payments.
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
- Support the finance team with annual audits.
