Spherion is hiring a Forklift Operator with at least 1 year of forklift experience for a local manufacturing company in Temple. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who prioritizes safety.

Responsibilities
Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products around the facility
Load and unload trucks, ensuring deliveries are accurate and timely
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any issues to management
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills
Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Team player who can work well with others to keep warehouse operations running smoothly
Education
High School
Experience
1-4 years
Qualifications
At least 6 months of recent forklift experience
