Position Overview:

Are you a dynamic and versatile marketing professional with a passion for digital innovation, e-commerce, and the importance of building an influential brand? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a track record of leading successful marketing initiatives? As the Marketing Manager at our telehealth startup, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our marketing strategies across both performance and organic channels. You will be building an engine for our growth, leveraging your wide-ranging skills to create awareness, engage our audience, scale our business, and introduce patients to the "Heva Life." This role reports to the VP of Marketing, while working closely and collaboratively with Heva's CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business goals and growth objectives.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) to achieve targeted KPIs and maximize ROI. This could include managing marketing agency partners to ensure optimal performance for the cost.
  • Organic Growth: Lead content strategies, including various mediums such as, but not limited to blog posts, articles, etc. to increase organic traffic and enhance brand visibility.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a small but growing team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and results-driven performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and a unified approach to customer engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, make informed decisions, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints, enhancing brand awareness and trust in the telehealth space.
  • Innovation & Creativity: Constantly explore and experiment with new marketing trends, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, either managing a team or spearheading major initiatives. Experience
  • Digital Expertise: Proven expertise in digital marketing, including a deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, analytics tools, and E-commerce best practices.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception through completion, achieving significant results. Experience leading, motivating, and enabling direct reports is strongly preferred.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Innovation: A knack for thinking outside the box, with a history of coming up with creative solutions that push the envelope and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare, telehealth or is highly desirable, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these fields.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present them to diverse audiences in a way that's digestible, actionable, and relatable.
