PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, the Assistant Operations Coordinator (Assistant) is responsible for Hospital Services and Distribution functions for the specified Carter BloodCare (CBC) operational location, and for directly managing assigned shift operations for that location. Under minimal direct supervision, the Assistant will manage and supervise all appropriate functional activities as well as oversee all aspects of training and competency assessment for Hospital Service Representatives (HSR) on the assigned site. Regular full-time attendance is required during office hours.
