Job Description

Tricon Residential is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support both our Chief Residential Experience Officer and Managing Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management. This support will extend to certain members their respective leadership teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who understands the importance of confidentiality, remains focused under pressure and demonstrates an outstanding attention to detail. Candidate should deliver the highest levels of quality and thoughtfulness in all verbal and written communication. We are looking for someone who naturally operates with a customer service mindset, acts as an ambassador for the organization and can partner effectively across the company adapting to unique personalities and working styles.


  • Anticipate needs and provide high-level administrative support taking ownership of planning, executing, and delegating activities.
  • Ensure executive’s time is aligned with their weekly, quarterly and annual priorities.
  • Advance preparation for all meetings and engagements, including comprehensive briefing materials and pre-reads, meeting agendas, presentations, itineraries etc. Review all materials for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage a complex calendars and schedules; play the role of gatekeeper.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including reconciliation of all monthly expenses.
  • Interact regularly and build relationships with employees at all levels across various teams always maintaining a service mindset.
  • Deliver professional, thoughtful and intentional correspondence ensuring messages are on brand and tone.
  • Act as an escalation point of contact for issues.
  • Help with various administrative and office duties as assigned.
  • Assist with organizing team events, socials, team off-sites, etc.

Demonstrate excellent writing, editing, grammatical, and research skills.
  • Multi-tasking. Balance many competing projects at once, understanding how to strategically accomplish within the needed timeframe. Thrive in an environment that moves quickly, shifts directions and is entrepreneurial in spirit.


Minimum Requirements:


  • 8+ years’ experience providing executive support to C-Suite or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of managing multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with high aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • Experience in project/program management preferred.

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.

$66,910.00 - $111,510.00
