Duties
- Lead the annual budgeting process (p&l, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Coordinate the 3-year strategic plan financials.
- Accurately and timely maintain the five year global interactive financial model (balance sheet, cash flow and P&L)
- Perform analyses on contribution/delivered margin, gross profit & cost savings for existing and new products to ensure long-term profitability of the Company.
- Support the sales organization with Product Line Reviews (PLR).
- Lead the quarterly forecasting process, analyze and identify major variances on the channel/product line profitability statement in comparison to annual operating plan.
- Develop financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data by evaluating and implementing controls that have an impact on profitability of the company.
- Ensures business decisions are made in compliance with the company’s Management Decision Process.
- Bachelor degree in finance or accounting from an accredited university.
- MBA a plus but not required
- 3+ years experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Experience in budget / forecast preparation, cash-flow, NPV and IRR, and capital project management.
- Professional in all aspects of business, excellent presentation skills, has exhibited positive leadership traits.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Highly proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Access.
- Experience in automated reporting tools such as Hyperion, BPC, Kognos, etc
