Secretary, SME

Position Summary

Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for a Secretary, SME at Redstone Arsenal, in Huntsville, Alabama. This effort supports t he Strategic Integrated Kinetic Effects ( STRIKE) Project Office (PO), which has been tasked to field the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon (LRHW) and Mid-Range Capability (MRC) Army weapon systems.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provide Administrative Assistant support for Government offices.
• Perform administrative functions associated with a product office, duties may include, but are not limited to: resolution of routine matters and problems associated with the administrative and clerical work of the office; screen and respond to routine telephone calls/requests; refer calls, visitors and incoming correspondence to the appropriate person.
• Prepare, review, edit and/or maintain documents and correspondence, assist in coordinating meetings and conferences, and assist in other administrative activities as needed. Meeting minutes shall be delivered as required; conference agendas shall be delivered as required, conference minutes shall be delivered as required.
• Provide programmatic support for strategic communications of public and government engagements representing the PO.
• Provide programmatic expertise for planning, evaluation, integration, and coordination of workforce structure and manpower management.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen

Clearance: Secret clearance

Education: BS/BA or MA/MS Degree

Years of Experience: over 20 years of related experience and recognized as an industry leader
