Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead. Net developer. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing technical projects, providing technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met, and collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements.

Responsibilities For Lead .NET Developer

  • Requires high level of skills in coming up with high level design document and working with the architect on the application design/ DB structure design
  • Lead development of financials and accounting functionality across the product line for metadata driven billing and settlement
  • Experience tuning
  • Experienced .NET developer, leading product team for financials related features
  • Expert in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, WCF
  • Manage the local and remote development team
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Application Developers, QA Analysts
  • Design and develop low-latency, scalable, high available, distributed application services and deliver high-availability and performance
  • Investigate performance and technical issues from production
  • Be responsible for the implementation of new development ideas

Qualifications For Lead .NET Developer

  • Experience working with real time data streams, building load-balanced highly-available applications (both Windows and Windows Services)
  • Experience leading a diverse team, providing both hands-on and technical direction to contractors
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with the industry standard J2EE application servers
  • Strong communicator with a passion for working as part of a team that is focused on nothing but the successful delivery of software that exceeds customers' expectations
  • Help determine best architectural approaches
  • Develop and maintain GLM GUI in .NET/C# and WPF
