We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent to meet our organization's hiring needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of the company's staffing requirements and work to ensure the recruitment process is smooth, efficient, and aligned with the company's goals.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent to meet our organization's hiring needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of the company's staffing requirements and work to ensure the recruitment process is smooth, efficient, and aligned with the company's goals.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to translate their business needs into a recruitment strategy.
- Talent Sourcing: Use various proactive methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to match to the company's needs and distinct culture.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings, manage communication throughout the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain our ATS (Greenhouse) database to track candidates.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams and facilitate the feedback loop. Install and manage an effective evaluation process.
- Reporting: Track and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
- Identifying and screening talent for high-growth start-ups and or rapidly scaling organizations
- Working with key stakeholders to translate business needs into job descriptions and identifying best-in-class organizations per function.
- Understanding company culture to evaluate candidates based on experience and cultural addition.
- Managing scheduling for candidates and hiring teams while supporting the hiring teams with best practices for candidate evaluation.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and recruiting A+ players that are additive to bench strength.
- Health tech/pharma services experience preferred.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing techniques.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
