In House Recruiter - ALF NJ

Recruit Secure is collaborating with a highly rated and beautiful Assisted Living Facility (ALF) located in the Edison, NJ, area that is looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to join their team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and performing on boarding tasks. The focus of this position is to provide the facility with quality candidates that meet the facility’s needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in the health care industry/assisted living is required
• HRIS and ATS Software knowledge
  
  

Responsibilities

• May serve as the primary recruiter for the facility’s individual contributors.
• Writes and posts positions internally and externally
• Independently attends job fairs and other recruitment activities
• Identifies and recommends sourcing opportunities for prospective candidates
• Conducts and coordinates interviews.
• Conducts and documents reference checks/background screening on all prospective hires
• Reviews results and any concerns with the human resources manager/director
• Assists in the entire onboarding process from start to finish.
• Conducts new hire surveys and exit interviews
• Works closely with corporate departments - benefits, HRMS, and payroll
• Handles lower-level employee relations issues
