The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for coordinating and organizing the maintenance of business facilities to ensure a safe and functioning working environment. The Regional Facilities Manager will develop maintenance procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment while ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-efficient processes are being implemented and followed. This position ensures proper use and care of physical assets, controls costs, and collaborates with all departments, vendors, and employees both at the Headquarters and Branch Level. The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinates the purchase, design, maintenance, and install of all items required to operate a functioning warehouse for new and existing branch locations
• Manage ticketing system across multiple sub-departments
• Coordinate any refurbishments, renovations, inspections, and office moves to make sure they all run smoothly and according to plan as dispatched (This may include vetting new office locations and working with the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and landlord to obtain the best possible rental agreement)
• Inspecting building to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Responsible for city permitting and adhering to all building codes and regulations of new facilities
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the area through the enforcement of inspections and preventive maintenance program
• Ensure a safe environment with proper lighting, signage, and disability access
• Implement and enforce new processes as needed
• Drafting and updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures for all locations
• Overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of management experience
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience implementing new processes
• Minimum of 2 years of experience drafting and updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures for multiple locations
• Minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing security, fire prevention, and other safety systems
