Grillers are competent in the setup and maintenance of the Grill and all of its tools of the trade – you are an expert bd's swordsman!. Superlative quality is your standard, and you are always perfecting your cooking techniques. bd's grill is a highly visible distinction and you are an integral part in making the guest experience a memorable. Requirements
- Communicate in a positive manner
- Bring a professional and well groomed appearance to the job
- Execute a recovery strategy and know when to involve a manager.
- Know how to set up and maintain the grill.
- Greet guests with enthusiasm.
- Learn safe and correct sword handling
- Cook food correctly and at proper temperatures
- Follow SOP for hot bowls, eggs/cheese, changing swords and veggie and allergy bowls
- Learn stir-fry blading and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation behind the grill.
- Interact with our guests; initiate conversations in a friendly manner.
- Serve clean, great looking bowls with correct plate presentation
- Be a bd's Team Mate.
