Our client is on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced HR / Recruiter to join their team. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with hiring managers, develop comprehensive job descriptions, and utilise various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates.

- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams; facilitate interview feedback and decision-making processes.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and extending offers of employment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HR team members on projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding efforts.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
