Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our product team and help us develop and deliver innovative products to our customers. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to gather and analyze market research, customer feedback, and business requirements to build high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Define product requirements and user stories, and create wireframes and prototypes to communicate product ideas and features.
• Work closely with engineering teams to develop and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment on product vision and roadmaps.
• Contribute by helping to produce and use meaningful insights via data gathering and analysis activities
• Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to inform product improvements and future development decisions.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development decisions.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure that product designs are intuitive, usable, and aligned with the product vision and customer needs.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience:
• in product management, writing product requirements and working with engineers to deliver software in an agile environment.
• with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
• engaging and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and executive teams.
• working in Agile methodologies.
• in at least one of the following:
• 3D Software Development: Managing or contributing to the development of 3D software applications, with a solid understanding of the technical and design considerations involved in creating 3D models or simulations.
• Digital Twins: Working with digital twin technologies, including the creation and use of virtual replicas of physical assets to improve operations and decision-making.
• Autodesk Products (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit): Familiarity with Autodesk's suite of products, particularly AutoCAD or Revit, and an understanding of their applications in engineering, architecture, and design industries.
• Workflow Design and Optimization: Designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows across teams and systems. Ability to map processes, identify inefficiencies, and streamline tasks using tools like Jira, Confluence, or other workflow management software.
• Nice to haves:
• Experience working within the Telecom industry, including knowledge of network infrastructure, service provisioning, or telecom-specific technologies, though this is beneficial but not required.
• Proven experience in managing API products, including designing, launching, and maintaining APIs. Ability to work closely with development teams to ensure APIs meet technical standards and business requirements, while also ensuring ease of integration for external partners or internal systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for building products that solve customer problems and drive business growth.
