We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Area Director to join our team. We are a growing full-service restaurant franchisee of one of the most iconic family dining concepts in the country.

Area Director Responsibilities

• Oversee profit and sales growth for an assigned geographic area
• Works directly with GMs to execute growth plans
• Prepares financial reports and analyzes data to produce solutions
• Identifies areas for improvement and puts plans into place to address
  
  

Area Director Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years experience as a Area Director, District Manager OR Regional VP
• Full service, breakfast heavy, family dining experience
• Food Safety Certification required
• Ability to coach and motivate managers and employees
