Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist callers, clients, visitors, and manage deliveries in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Sort, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain and update the office calendar.
• Organize Probate client information and documentation; communicate effectively with clients regarding additional information requirements.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing Probate documents.
• Assist with scanning and electronic filing (efiling) of Probate documents.
  
  

Qualifications &Skills

• Previous experience in Probate administration.
• Exceptional organizational skills and adept at multitasking.
• Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
• Self-motivated and proactive in approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Adobe suite.
