Luxury home builder specializing in high end residential construction projects between the range of $10-30M. They value long term hires with strong skillsets in high end project completion. This home builder does local work throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties with a proven track record & reputation in the market.
Job Description
- Oversee all phases of luxury home construction from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Monitor site activities daily to ensure safety, compliance, and quality control.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and budgets, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to address concerns and ensure their vision is realized.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet luxury standards.
- Resolve any site-related issues that arise, minimizing delays and ensuring smooth operations.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in high-end luxury residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of custom homebuilding processes, high-end finishes, and complex design elements.
- $10-30M Luxury Home project completion experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering luxury residential projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Broward County.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- $130,000+ Base salary with competitive flexibility for right candidate
