Who We Are Looking For...

As a Consumer Insights Analyst at Campbell’s, you will leverage syndicated data sources to provide actionable insights and drive business strategy. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to unlock value for the Meals & Beverage division. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for storytelling through data, and a unique ability to turn insights into action. This role will be instrumental in driving strategy for the division, leading best practice standards for the effective and consistent use of data across a multitude of cross functional teams.

What You Will Do...

  • Be a Subject Matter Expert on Circana category data for the Meals & Beverages team
  • Leverage multiple data sources to answer business questions related to business performance, market intelligence, innovation monitoring, and consumer behavior
  • Create and share pro-active thought leadership to key cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
  • Draw compelling stories from data; explaining complex analyses to a non-technical audience
  • Build and maintain category forecasts based on historical trends and external influences
  • Build and maintain automated templates and scorecards to optimize business processes
  • Develop new ways of leveraging data to maximize efficiency and value to the division

What You Bring To The Table...

  • Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of related experience required
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Advanced Circana or NIQ skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Strong data visualization skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities based on the needs of the business
  • Creative problem solving
  • Power BI and/or Unify experience preferred

Compensation And Benefits

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$72,900-$117,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
