The Accounts Payable Supervisor is the subject matter expert for all accounts payable and accounts payable at Crew Carwash. The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees the Accounts Payable Specialist that performs the majority of the day-to-day AP related processing. Due to Crew’s continued growth and expansion plans, we are looking for someone to elevate the AP function with a continuous improvement mindset and drive scalable processes. This role will oversee day-to-day AP, perform the more complex AP functions, and partner across the organization to drive improvements. The ideal person will have a desire to own processes and have a willingness to dig in to achieve results.

Position Requirements

• Ultimate subject matter expert for AP at Crew Carwash
• Oversee Accounts Payable Specialist and day-to-day AP processing
• Confirm invoices are processed accurately, follow up with personnel on receiving issues preventing payment, and ensure invoices are paid timely
• Own the corporate credit card expense management processes
• Annual unclaimed property reporting and filing
• Track and process all property tax payments semiannually
• Maintain active list of all related business licenses by location and file annually
• Perform ad hoc requests and reports
